
Northeast India is a home for many exotic and delicious food habits. Be it "Naga Chilli" or "Local Rice Beers", Northeastern states have a full bucket to explore for a traveller. This project was an initiative by the Department of Hotel Management of Christ (Deemed to be University) to explore the food, culture and nature of Manipur. A team of around 15 students and professors travelled across the state and explored the nature and various cuisine. I was given the project to document the journey and make a travel film of the Culinary Trip.
The seven days of extensive travelling throughout the state gave me the opportunity to learn about the different tribes that exist within the state and witness different culture, food and traditions of the people. As a traveler, I would definitely recommend this destination to everyone who loves to explore exotic food and rough terrain!
